Just as I thought i would be able to get some sleep, to re-energise myself from the hectic 5 days work week, something happened before the clock strikes 12.


Received a phone call from my korkor that he was bitten by a snake. And ambulance were on their way now. Mum and I was shocked. And he seems to be trembling at the point our conversation took place over the phone. We got change immediately and ring Dad. Dad is celebrating his birthday at Karaoke. Haha. Actually he frequent karaoke, like father, like son, we both love singing. hehe!


Dad rushed down immediately to pick mum and I up and we went to the hospital. The first time, the whole vehicle was filled with silence. But occassionally I will still crack some joke to ease the tense situation. You know, I'm always the crazy one at home. We headed straight to A&E and kor was already inside receiving treatment.


According to the doctor, he needs to stay for 4 hrs in order for them to monitor his condition. As mum and dad is working today, I volunteered to accompany kor. Then kor relate the whole incidence to me.


Kor was actually looking after his friend house for a couple of days as he was outstationed to HK. Thus the dog and cats need someone to look after. (This is the first time I see cats and dog living in harmony) He was bringing the dog out to pee. As he moved out from the house, he tried pulling the dog out of the house, in the usual direction. But something wasn't right. The dog refused to move. No matter how hard kor pulled his chain, its a stubborn dog. Kor sensing something wasn't right, he decided to take the other path. (That area is creepy at night) Then the incident happened. He was walking through the grass and didn't realise he was stepping on a snake. The snake reacted and bite his leg. Ewww... kor, immediately flinged it away, (still can tell me its slimy slimy, *vomit*) . He immediately brought the dog home and called an ambulance.


Poor thing. The area is too dark, else the dog would have bite the snake. Anyway, the 4 hours there in A&E observation room was misery. Its so damn bloody cold (lian, I don't need to go Eski bar I also have the same experience), plus my stomach is churning and growling at 2 plus. I decided to go to 7-Eleven to grab a bite. The warm sandwich and milo do have some miraculous
effect. Finally, kor's condition was ok. Just a normal garden snake and we're ready to head home.


Whew~ What a friday evening. Anyway, today is dad's 48th Birthday, Happy birthday to Dad and we're going feasting later.


And thank you to ah bai for the care and concern. Before she left for San Francisco this morning, she dropped me a message saying after my kor is ok, we all shall go back and bite the snake. SULU x10~~ hahhaha. And next week, we're going to V Tea room. Yeah!! At least something for me to look forward to for the week. Heard alot about that place, shall keep you guys updated.
